Licence Contracts

Once the reference checks are complete and you have been approved as a suitable tenant, we will provide you with our license contracts. Move-in Process

Once the landlord agrees, we will commence the necessary work.


Property Inspections

Twice a year, we will conduct thorough inspections of the property to assess its condition and identify any maintenance or repair needs. These inspections are conducted in accordance with the agreed-upon notice periods and serve to ensure that the property remains in good condition.
